Can you get nipple thrush if not bf?

I am feeling similar pains and had mouth ulcers. I bf both kids for a fair while so am pretty familiar with the pain. However, I stopped bf ages ago - 18 months or longer, not too sure. It was a gradual tapering off. No one else has been near my norks in a couple of millennia Ouch!

Bump anyone?

Sorry not sure but would think so as it's not caused by bf just more common.

Yes you can, I had it when I was 24, long before any thought of DC's. Doc have me some weird lotion that was cherry flavoured to rub onto both boobs 4 times a day...I was a bit when I found out it was cherry flavoured, but it was the same stuff they give you when you are bf'ing, and you are supposed to put some in DC's mouth before a feed. Worked a treat mind, and DH thought it was far too much fun for medicine!
