Why Can't i bite down?

The Lhs of my face from my ear to jaw has been really sore all day. So much so that I can't clench my teeth together on the Lhs. Any ideas why? I have had a cold and been mucus'y lately, could it be sinus problems?

It could be your wisdom teeth. I get this sort of pain when mine play up and it is as though my jaw isn't aligned properly.

Chewing is also a problem but it only tends to last a day or so.

Could you try taking Ibruprofen?

Could be connected with an ear infection or sinus problems.

Seems to be clearing up now thx must have been sinus trouble. Strange how the body works
