Hi I went to my gp with agonizing hip pain and was sent for further tests. Following an arthogram on both hips discovered i have torn the labrum on both hips! I have this as a result of a degenerative condition hip dysplasia.
Just wondering has anyone had an arthroscopy that can share their experience? I have two very young children and a very active job in a school, so am concerned how long am i expected to be out of action and in pain. Currently waiting to see my surgeon but would love to know what to expect feeling alone, apprehensive and scared.
