C section pain

My daughter has just turned 2, I had her by C section and rarely get pains. Today I've been playing in the garden with her. (Thanks to the fab weather) and I'm guessing some how pulled a muscle. Below my belly button when I cough I get this awful muscle pain that goes as quick as it comes. Same when I sit up from laying down so it's defo muscle. Just wondering if this is because my c section and also may need to add I carry extra weight and don't excersize.

I have had 2 sections (3/07 & 10/10) and have never had pain like you describe. Is this a regular pain or new?

New pain. Feels. As if ive pulled a muscle but. Don't feel I've done much to put strain on the muscle. I have had toilet issues lately so that could be a factor. Had constipation sorry for tmi

Sounds like you strained yourself while playing.

It's unlikely to be related to your CS

I had the most horrendous CS but on my hysteroscopy you couldn't even see the internal scar (less than 2 years later)

Could be the constipation or pulled muscle. Have you tried any laxatives

I had something like this a couple of months back and DD is nearly 2. I think the tissue around there is still scarring internally (sounds crazy but if DD jumps on it I can feel it still) and it may just take longer than normal to feel better. I hope it is OK - I'm still here :)

Yeh it's defo where my scar is and defo muscle pain. Hopefully will go in a few days

I've been having twinges of pain in my scar for a few days, my DD is 16 months old. I think it's as it's healing still with me.
