Mole that has changed

I am off to the doctors tomorrow. Caught site of a mole on my arm, that although irregular in shape normally, has become really dark, more raised , and looks like it is spreading under the skin. I'm really worried. Anyone else had this?

I've had a couple of moles which DH thought had changed - had them off under local anaesthetic. They both turned out to be harmless but far better safe than sorry.

Hopefully the GP will arrange for you to have this one removed ASAP.

Was there a long wait between the Dr and removal? Dr Google is scaring me.
