Good for hydration, cleaning out the kidneys and makes your skin beautiful.
I'm not sure a) if its a lot of hooey, b) how much to drink (and if the ones mixed with fruit juices are as good), or c) what's a good brand.
Its quite expensive about £3.50 a litre!
It it just hype? I am melting in this heat and definately looking my age!
