What could be wrong with me - leg pain?

I had my son nine weeks ago. Ever since I have been getting frequent pains in my legs. They radiate down both legs, seeming to start in the symphysis pubis and going down the back from thigh to calf. The pain is hard to describe: it feels soft tissue rather than muscle, and is sort of like the nerve pain from vigorous acupuncture. It can make me squirm. I didn't have PGP in this pregnancy but did in my first, badly. I forgot to mention it at my six week check as we were discussing other more pressing areas.

I'm out off going to the GP with it as it's so hard to describe. Anyone recognise it?

bumping for you, could be your pelvis getting back to normal, could be something else, as HV? is it sciatic?
be careful pushing pushchair/ trolley as this can exacerbate

Thanks. I don't think it's sciatic. The pain doesn't seem shooting enough. But it does appear to be linked to my pelvis in some way.
