Lots of cream and wearing socks instead of bare feet, especially at night.

Mind you bit warm in this weather!

The best dream I've found is Flexitol .

At bedtime, wash feet and while they're still slightly damp, put Lansinoh on any problem areas. Put on a nice soft pair of not-too-tight cotton socks so you don't get Lansinoh on the bedclothes. In the morning, your feet will be as soft as a baby's feet!

I had this and a chiropodist said I needed a cream that was 25% urea like Flexitol Heel Balm.

The first few times it stings like hell when you put it over the cracks.

However within a week the cracks will have healed.

I'd tried all sorts of heel creams and lotions and had had cracks for years. I couldn't believe the problem was solved in a week.

Now I just put some on once in a while if they are looking a bit cracky - not even every week.
