Yesterday my left foot was painful over the top and lower inside ankle. Last night when I was barefoot it felt as though my arch was lower than normal (possibly a bit swollen). Today top os foot and under arch are a bit swollen and feel a bit tight. Last week I had a couple os nasty mosquito bites - one lower calf and one just above ankle but the other side of this tenderness. Anyone got any ideas?
