Hospitals and getting discharged.

Hope someone can help.
I was admitted a few days ago, and released yesterday evening. It's been a while since I was last admitted, and obviously things have changed. I have been in a bit of a haze with everything, and its only now I am thinking oohh hang on a minute, is this right.

I am wondering if I have actually been discharged.. I know that sounds daft. But literally, it was I'll get someone to take the cannula out and you can go... Is it really like that? None of the results were discussed. I didn't sign anything. I wasn't given anything.. This dr wanted to discharge me earlier in the day, but it was only when I questioned something that he went off to get a 2nd opinion and came back saying ok I needed another test...

Check with a nurse, they will explain how it all works.

Yea I am already going to make an appointment with the gp because the bits I was told didn't make sense.

Its just now sitting here thinking I am sure I got a letter or something, and told well x,y, and z, but this time nothing. Or because some of the things they did, should I also get a follow up because of something else.. Just when you've been there for a couple of days, hardly slept, brain fuzzy from various crap they inject into you, you don't think. You just leg it out of there, which is what I did.
