Waking up vomiting through my nose!

For the last three nights, I have woken up basically vomiting through my nose. Is this some form of reflux, and if so, what should I take for it? It was very grim.

Are you vomiting at any other time?

Could you be pregnant?

TBH I would see your GP just in case.

Sleep propped up on pillows and try Gaviscon if reflux.

No chance I could be pregnant. I often have nausea caused by a permanent post nasal drip.

Mucus does that to me too. Sleeping propped up will help. Also have you tried a saline spray? Used a couple of times a day it can really help a post nasal drip especially if the mucus is a bit gunky.

Haven't tried saline sprays for a while, used to use sterimar when i was pg. Waiting for an Op to sort my nose out.

Would reflux meds work? I take an antihistamine before bed to dry me up over night.

Not sure it would help TBH as they work to neutralise acid from your stomach.

It does sound a bit worrying if it's happening regularly. It could be reflux but best to get it checked out by a Dr.

Thanks, looks like I'll have to get it checked out. I just seem to be at the drs all the time, my body is falling apart
