Iv had heat rash a few times before but nothing like this. All over my arms and tops of my legs.
Yes it's been hot the last few days but iv not really been out in the sun that much. So don't understand it?!
It's so itchy! Can anyone recommend anything I can do or use please. Also i might be pregnant so dont really want to take anything unless I have to. Thanks!

Could it be PLE (polymorphic light eruption) ? Google and see what you think. I used to suffer quite badly from it though haven't for a few years now. The best thing to do is stay out of the sun, take antihistamines and use a suncream with high UVA rating when you do go out.

Mine was always worse when I was pregnant - I was definitely more susceptible then so for me there seems to be a hormonal link. Fingers crossed for the pregnancy Smile

Tepid bath and chuck in a few handfuls of porridge oats (or put the oats in some muslin if you don't want to have to pick off porridge from your skin!). Seems to help with my toddler and very soothing when I had chicken pox too.

Thanks cleverlyconcealed I looked it up does sound a bit like it. Think I might pop to the doctors if it hasn't got any better tomorrow. Might give the oats a try, I'll try anything at the moment!!
