Hi.....had my very back molar extracted on Wednesday after weeks of trouble and pain. At the moment it still hurts a lot and I am going to check it out for dry socket as I am not sure it should be waking me in the night :( I don't like the gap at the moment and I wonder if anyone has replaced a back molar with an implant etc. I feel a bit stupid being bothered about this ...the tooth is right at the very back but I found the extraction much more traumatic than I thought I would and I don't like the gap. I know there are much more serious things in life to think about but the extraction has bothered me a bit - may be I will feel better when the pain goes! Also if anyone lives in Nottinghamshire can they recommend a good implant/resorative dentist? Many thanks x
