Worried about tooth extraction

I goth my tooth pulled yesterday, its the one two left of the k-9 tooth
It did take a while to clot probably because it was a really damaged baby tooth (yes that means there isn't one underneath, I hope these genetics spare me getting all my wisdom teeth)
Any ways I pretty much slept it off, and didn't think much of smoking a wee but when I woke up, that didn't bother me, so I was rinsing my mouth with salt water and realized that it hasn't been a full 24 hours and I've already brushed my teeth to but the worst is that I just put a peice of toilet paper (forgettig to moisen it first) up to the gap and there was a hard black dot I'm terrified that I just cause myself dry socket I'm jus wondering cause it was quite flat could tho have been foo or should I go to the dentis in the morning?
Some one please ease my mind :(

I'm sure it will be fine. I've had quite a few teeth extracted. Baby teeth have very short roots so the hole will be shallow, and gums heal very fast. I retained half a set of milk teeth (genetic). Yesterday I had a wisdom tooth extracted & brushed my teeth etc as normal last night & today, it's amazing how quickly you heal.

Hope you feel better.

Thank you puts me a bit more a ease, I tend to get caught up in tiny tiny details, I'm just anisty cause of the little black dot and a bit of soreness in that spot, if a full lot clot came out wouldn't I notice it as well? Could it just be the cap to the clot or some food (though I haven't eaten much)

If it was a dry socket you would know about it as they bloody hurt well mine did .
If something doesn't seem right to you then just ring your Dentist in the morning & they will put your mind at rest .
I had a full set of milk teeth removed at the beginning of the year & it was so much better/easier than I thought it would be Smile
The gum also heals a but quicker as milk teeth aren't so deep rooted iyswim
