To start smoking again

I stopped smoking 2 years ago and have felt rotten since. The tiredness, depression, chest pains and breathlessness is really getting me down now

I have googled and know other people also have these side effects and more after giving up, thing is, you see them on forums airing their complaints then you hear nothing, my guess is they went back to the fags!

So I'd really like to hear from ex smokers and smokers (definitely not non smokers, no offence but you don't know where I am) ... and especially those that found giving up made them ill ... and what you did?

teetering go to your GP, these symptoms could be completely unrelated to you giving up smoking and need checking out ASAP. Physical withdrawal from nicotine is over in a few weeks and should not be affecting you now.

If you have a medical condition that is/was helped by nicotine (yes there are some Chrones, ADHD) then better to use a nicotine replacement therapy than go back on to fags if you absolutely need it.

please see a GP. Chest pain and breathlessness are MASSIVE red flags and you should have got medical help long ago.
