Ive been in a bit of a slump recentley, cant seem to stop thinking that everyone else's lives/jobs/kids are better than mine. Does anyone else feel that their lifes are dull and that everyone has it better?
I know deep down its probably not, but i still cant shift the thought.

I think if you're struggling with money or your relationship or kids or health then it's normal to feel other people have it better than you. I think if every aspect of your life is great and you still feel like that then it's more worrying. Do you have lots of friends and support? Is it possible you are struggling due to depression? Are you fulfilled in your relationship, work and hobbies? Tell us a bit more and we can try and help....

Its mainly my work that I hate, I just think my partner and I work to much and for what.. still have to watch spending (not that we are skint), dont get to much time to things we want, friends always seem to be busy or off doing something exciting, or they are skint.
Who knows, sorry just having a little moan.
