Every weekend for the past few weeks I get a warm feeling 'down below'. I exercise on Wed, Thurs and Fri, and get pretty sweaty. I usually wear thongs, but have changed to wearing cotton boy shorts. I shower and change as soon as I can after getting home. I'm taking cranberry capsules (as I thought I may have a slight uti) and acidophilus capsules (I had thrush the other week after a short course of antibiotics). Also eating probiotic yoghurt all week, which I would normally do.
What's going on? I'm guessing its something to do with the exercise? No itch, no discharge, just a warm tender feeling, and only at the weekend.
