What can you do for a cricked neck?

owwwww
I slept funny last night and now have the worst ever neck pain
I don't know what to do...I just want to lie down and cry!

Go to Boots or similar and buy a stick on heat pad. Think Cura-heat and Deep heat make them, make sure you get the one that can stick directly to your skin, there is one that you have to stick to your clothes which is useless for necks. It is like a giant plaster and provides heat for 8 hours, I always find it relieves cricked necks very well

Try to keep moving it gently.Take Nurofen.

If that doesn't solve it, an osteopath sorted mine out in under a minute! (I was already there for a back problem and said "I've done something to my neck....")
