does anyone know anything about this please?
I've just googled as I have been getting burning pains in my right thigh and knee for the last few weeks and it came up with this.

I get this. It is normally a trapped nerve higher up (hip area) and can be treated with injections of anaesthetics or steroids. An area of my lower, outer thigh can go completely numb.

I do get random nerve issues elsewhere, which are all treatable with medication too. (I was even tested for MS when things got bad, but all clear).

You will probably have a scan to see if they can see an entrapment.

thank you, I do have problems with my back and was wondering if it was something to do with that?
