Swollen glands - stress related??

For the last few weeks I have been having pain in neck glands with mild ear ache. It only comes on in the evening when energy levels are low and after a busy day. The next morning it seems to disappear so i dont bother with the docor until it all starts again in the evening. Could this be stress related?

I assume the swollen glands are in your neck near the jaw bone?

Stress can lower the immune system and anything that infects your nose ears and throat will be sorted by your glands in your neck. The same with an infected tooth. The gland/s quickly absorb and deal with slight infections and then go down.
But every evening for 2 weeks is not normal and putting your glands to work so often, does not seem a good thing.
I'd advise you to see your GP. I get them only occasionally when I have a cold virus.
