Baby has rash, heat rash?

I think it is heat rash, she is covered in a red blotchy rash, its on her back, tummy and looks worse under her arm pits, i have taken all her clothes off to try and cool it down.

Does it sound like heat rash or should i be woried?

Done the glass test and thats fine, thanks wizz for the link, it does sound like heat rash, i have posted a picture on MP, i have taken her clothes of but seems to be looking worse. It does'nt seem to be bothering her (she asleep)
