Why does my hair hurt??

I know its actually my scalp but it feels like my hair. A little down from the crown and to the left, I've had it a few times and its always the same area. It just hurts all the time like I need to rub it but when I do it feels worse, it even hurts to just move my hair.

I never tie my hair back and always sleep with it down.

It is the nerve endings in your scalp. I get it behind one year and it is actually a headache rather than anything to do with your hair follicles, try some gentle massage and an ibuprofen.

I get this sometimes too, it's worse when I haven't washed my hair in a few days or if I use certain shampoos, I think my scalp is just sensitive.

I'm going to give it a wash once dd is bed. See if that helps. Don't think I can take ibuprofen because I'm pregnant.
