What could this be?

I've been feeling fluttering in my stomach for the past couple of weeks. It feels like the early movements of a foetus. But I'm pretty sure I'm not pregnant. I haven't had full sex for 3 years. Only manual stimulation in January (tmi, sorry). I've still been getting AF, although my cycles have gotten slightly longer (average is now 32 days, it was 28 before Christmas.) Also have slight backache today. Very strange. Anyone else had similar?

I get that and I'm definitely not pregnant, been happening for over a year and my cycles have gotten shorter. Baffles me too tbh!

Thank God! It's not just me. If I didn't know better, it would be pregnancy symptoms, but surely not. I'm intrigued to know what it is. I think I'll have to go see my GP.

I had this. Someone on here suggested a mineral deficiency. I took a muti vitamin and mineral and after a week it disappeared. I also mentioned it to the gp, and iirc she just shrugged.
