DM has been blacking out, most recently today after operation.

Drs think it might be the above.

Any advice? Also posting in elderly parents.

Try searching for "vagovasal" - I think that's how it's spelled. No experience, I'm afraid, so I can't help.

I have this and I was advised to up my fluid and salt intake. I have certain triggers, stuffy atmospheres, standing too long, Dehydration and illness, so best to try and avoid them wherever possible!
I've been prescribed Midrodine for low bp and have been on it for a week with reasonable success.
My mum who is 88 went to a NHS Falls Clinic, amd I remember the nurses there saying salt in the diet is important.
