Second vaccine

My little chap had his 2nd vacation at 13.00 today.
He had a little cold before he went but no temperature.
He's very grizzly and keeps crying, but no temperature. Should I give him calpol or no.

Well this is very late and I hope your little one is ok. They say not to routinely give Calpol after vacc because it damages the protection they give, or can do.
