Pain in bikini area

Along the line of my hip/leg feels a little swollen.
[Confused]

Does anyone have an idea of what it could be please?

Is it still painful? My first thought was maybe an ingrowing hair if it's just tender to the touch. If it hurts at other times it maybe something gynae related, perhaps an ovarian cyst?
