Hiatus Hernia - alternative remedies

I have suffered with gastric reflux on and off for some years. I have hiatus hernia but have not been offered surgery, just remedies for the acid. I wondered if anyone had tried alternative medicine for this and whether it worked!

I too have the exact same problem.i have been told that drinking alot of milk helps.I like milk but i cant seem to drink lots of it.I also find eating a small pot of natural yoghurt for breakfast 'soothes' things.
