Dentists? A tooth problem or sinusitis?

Sorry, I have already posted a thread about this today when I woke up at 4am with toothache. I have a dentist appt for tomorrow, but was wondering whether anyone had experience of toothache caused by sinusitis?

My symptoms are - throbbing pressure/pain along my top line of teeth on one side. If I lean forward or walk quickly/go upstairs it throbs worse. If I tap the two back teeth they really hurt. This is completely new from 24 hours ago, was not like that before.

It came on quickly last night and is really pretty painful. I have one tooth that has a filling on that side but the filling was done 5 months ago and I also had a full check up at that time and was told everything fine. I can breathe through my nose but feel that it is blocked at the back and if I do that disgusting snorting thing, phlegmy stuff goes down the back of my throat.

Before the specific tooth pain I had a major headache all on that side, up around temples, across to nose and along jaw.

Any advice/experience of this would be great, thanks
