Oxygen cylinders when away from home

Hi there, am going away with a friend who takes oxygen to manage their condition - they get a large cylinder and, I think, 2 small ones, delivered as needed. We are going down south for a visit to other friends.

It's only for two or three days, but twould be nice if she could have access to large cylinder O2 while away at these friends. Does anyone know if this is poss, or shall we just take the smaller ones with us and hope they are enough (we are going by train)?

You should speak to the oxygen provider and ask if they could suggest anything. My dad had a portable oxygen condenser (think that's what it was called) for these sort of situations. How many litres is your friend on? The oxygen company maybe able to deliver oxygen to wherever you are staying.

It's high flow (10-12 l/min I think) so AIUI a condenser won't do.
