Advice about hormones please, symptoms etc

I'm 37 years old and think my hormones are playing up!
Symptoms are: itchy nipple with a blotch today which I think is a spot? (Worried its something nasty) periods starting three days early when I'm usually 28 days, anxiety higher, tired
Does anyone know if these are due to hormonal issues as I am very good at panicking about the big c!

Rather young, but sounds more like the perimenopause to me.

That applies to the periods. Ask the nurse to look at your nipple to put your mind at rest .

Perimen can start in late 30s . Mine did - I'm now early 50s. A lot you can do diet-wise to improve mild perimeno symptoms. Keep an eye on your rash and get thee to a doc if it doesn't go away in a few days. As above, most likely to be something harmless though.

Thanks everyone, the blotch is more like a bite than a rash. Small smartie sized circle with bigger circle around it and its below the areola (spelling?) it's gone down today and just a smartie sized circle. My nipple is so itchy and I have general pains in that area. I'm feeling under the weather and wondered if it was something like shingles? An a complete cancer phobe so panicking about that as usual :-( x
