Tingle on my back

At least 3 times a day I have what I can only describe as tingles and pins and needles on one part of my back at the top on the left. It's a really odd sensation.

Sounds like a trapped or irritated nerve - I have the same thing, even goes numb sometimes! A massage really helps.
