Can I only take it before bed? I'm really suffering and have ran out of paracetamol. Ibuprofen has done nothing. My head hurts, I'm shivering, my neck is throbbing and my throat is so sore. No real mucus from nose but nose really hurts. Been using naseptin but that feels useless. Doc says I have a cold. This feels like a bad cold :(

It may make you drowsy, so fine as long as you don't need to drive or whatever. Always makes me feel so much better.

Im thinking if I leave at least 8 hours between doses or am I being silly? I'm not going anywhere. I ll cook for ds before I take it. He's 11 and won't do anything silly. I just want to feel a bit better.

If I have a cold why do I have no mucus? I have a very dry nose which is maybe the nasepton. I've stopped using it because I convinced myself that's why I've gotten unwell.

You can take it at any time of day but it might make you sleepy and if so you shouldn't drive.

I always recommend hot Ribena three times a day to anyone who has a cold. And not that low sugar shit one either. Get well soon. Brew Flowers

Thanks Pip, I don't have ribena but I do have lemons and honey. I've made myself a hot drink. I'm fed up, its the weekend, I've been asked out on 2 dates and I had a free pass for the gym. Instead I have to lie shivering and dehydrated on the sofa :(
