Any opticians or eye people help me with this

My daughter had an eye test today and although her sight is fine she is having frequent headaches and on disc examination margins did not appear distinct.

They have referred her to the hospital tomorrow morning but I have no clue what that means and I'm panicking.

I am not an optician but they will most likely be checking for Papilledema.
