Constant cold sore on my nose - help...

Had a cold sore inside my nostril since December. I'm guessing a Coldsore as it seems to be really itchy with small blisters before getting really sore and scabbing over. Having allergies doesn't help as I'm constantly wiping my nose

I've been using Zivorax which helps but no sooner does it clear up, then it's back again.

Any advice please?

Perhaps it's impetigo?

I'd let the GP look at it - that's a long time to have a cold sore.

I've read up on impetigo and it does fit with it's description.

I'll give the doctor a ring this week.

I get cold sores on the bridge of my nose and inside, Zovirax does not work for me. I use cymex and the last cold sore I got I went to the drs and he prescribed some cream.
