TMI on a grand scale - sorry!

Apologies, I've been trying to phrase it politely but actually what I want to ask is, is this poo normal?
I've just had several trips, all of which seemed to contain small undigested bits of food - carrot slices, raisins etc - which has never happened before so I'm slightly freaking out and self-diagnosing through wikipedia.
It wasn't full blown diarrhoea but not solid stools either, just in case this post needs to be any more cingeworthy..!
