Quick answer needed: ibruprofen and aspirin

Friends has just hurt hand. Probably sprained. He thought aspirin helped reduce swelling and has taken that and I said I thought it was ibruprofen. Can he take both?

You can't take them together, in the same family of drugs (non steroidal anti-inflammatories). Take one or the other, they do the same job essentially. So you are both right! Wink
