Athletes foot treatment

Ok so I think I've just got myself a mild does of athletes foot. Want to treat it quickly and after some remedies or treatments that work fast and effectively. Any advice is appreciated!

Scholl athletes foot spray - prefer it as it means no greasy fingers. Canesten AF is good too - think it may be the same ingredients as daktacort

Daktarin cream. Doc told me creams are more affective as they penetrate better but you must wash hands thoroughly afterwards. Use for 10 days minimum and let skin breath as much as possible - I wear flip flops round the house. Good luck!
