Arm pain

DP has had a sore arm for the last 3 months.

It aches and is really sore if he lifts anything. I've been telling him to go to the doctors to get it checked for ages, and now he is saying that it is painful to raise it to his face.

Any ideas on what it could be?

Is it clicky and painful to roll his shoulder around? Could he have pulled a ligament or muscle? What sort of work does he do? Could it be a repetitive strain type of thing from sat at a computer all day? My left arm is dreadfully painful after a day on the laptop.

Frozen shoulder possibly .

GP or oesteopath .

I'd go for latter .

In meantime ice the shoulder . or alternate ice and warmth ,ending with ice .

I have something similar. Osteopath thinks it could possible be a trapped nerve somewhere near my neck.
