Pulsing sensation in stomach

Very weird sensation, which I've had for a couple of days. On my right side, below my navel, so not really worried about aneurysm, but it is strange. Any ideas?

Mine is from referred back pain.

It's probably your abdominal aorta which is the major blood vessel in te abdomen. Are you very slim and do you feel it all the time or just when exercising? I often get this. You will probably feel that it's in sync with your pulse/ heartbeat. Usually nothing to worry about

Thanks, PJM, although it doesn't seem to correlate with my heartbeat. I'm wondering if it could be wind rumbling through the intestine (although there are no other symptoms IYSWIM)

Is it your uterus, I had this a while back and it went on for days
