Diagnose me please.....

So I have this horrible throbbing pain to the left side of my head. Basically happens whenever I bend over/ stand up quickly. Is it blood pressure related?

I had a sickness bug on Saturday is that related, pain relief makes no difference

Could be sinusitus? Try some sudafed?

I had the same thing after a sickness bug, the headache was to the back of my head to the left side, I went to my gp, he took my blood pressure and it was REALLY high. It came down with medication that night and I've never had an explanation, as to why, I don't have high blood pressure generally.
