... do you make yourself happy?

Hard question!

Happiness to me is knowing that Im loved and cared about, and that my children know the same.

I guess to be happy you need to have good self esteem, self worth, confidence and a positive attitude.

happiness to me is not having lots of money but spending time with people I love.

ie DH and our 2 boys.

For me, if DH is happy with work and we have enough money to live off then I am happy. And seeing the boys (4 and 18m) playing and having fun makes me happy. DS is sooooo excited about legoland on Monday and that will make me happy too.

And everyone being healthy. i feel grateful every day that I have 2 healthy boys.

Happiness for me is my children, my DP and nature.

I feel i have lived my life to the full in drinking and partying and wild nights out. THEN i settled down at 26-27 with dp. Because i've done all that i can see the beauty of my life now.
I think these are probab;y going to be the happiest days of my life when my children are little and i remind myself of that often.

and for me to be happy takes very little.

Hot bath, glass wine and a magazine for half an hour makes me happy.

And if DH buys me flowers (rarely) makes me happy.

glass of wine, something nice to eat, something good on telly.... doesn't take much to make me happy!!
