what is wrong with me???

Woke in early hours with a severe 'sensation' (not painful just v uncomfy) on top left hand side of my head, almost like a severe numb/pins and needles feeling. I was awake for a bit and felt a little sick. It was gone when I woke but all day my left eye has been twitching, my l arm feels a bit weak and I feel slightly sick and dizzy.

I had a day of bad vertigo last wk and was really dizzy for 24 hrs (I get it every few months) could this be connected to how I'm feeling today?

Apart from that I'm really tired but ok. I was wondering if maybe I could have a vitamin deficiency?

TIA (transient ischaemic attack)? It is like a stroke but only deprives the brain of oxygen for a short period of time.

May be nothing (and I am not a doc) but I would definitely get it checked out. Could also be some form of migraine if you are prone to them.

I've suffered with migraine since I was 8 and although sometimes get pins and needles with them just prior to an attack its usually in face or hand or foot. What I had in the night was more intense and a different feeling completely, no headache or visual disturbance either.

I feel ok now and eye twitching has stopped in the last hour. I'm tired but nothing else now. It was just such a strange feeling that I wondered what it was esp after the dizziness last week.
Dcs all have appts at gp wed I might see if they can fit me in too just to be on safe side.

I would strongly advise going to A&E as it could be stroke/shingles/tumour, all of which need urgent treatment.

Sorry to sound like the voice of doom... I'm sure it's nothing but then again, it might not be. Don't wait until tomorrow.

Have seen gp twice this week due to still not feeling right with the most noticeable symptom the last few days being intermittent numbness in one very specific place on my left leg which has been really bothering me.

Gp didn't seem bothered about any of the symptoms, checked bp which was a bit low but it usually is, and weighed me and said bmi a bit low (normal for me) I'm really fed up and my leg feels odd.
