OMG Thread Veins in my legs surely i cant be a granny yet?

I just noticed the same yesterday. I exfoliated with a brush. Could this have caused it. Seemed to happen overnight.

I did a google and apparently there are many treatments e.g. laser and I think even creams. Mine are high up so unless I intend wearing a mini...
