Back ache, need to wee?

Slightly freaking out (def not pregnant ) and thinking all manner of sinister things. Lower back ache for months, worse when I wake up, or stand for ages then sit. Now need to wee all the time. What is it, as obv asking here is preferable to ringing the gp

Yes I would deff contact the Dr could be a kidney infection.

Eek don't say that! Dr google has far suggested backache for months and recent need to wee all the time is kidney stones, ovarian cancer or signal issue. But no bloating. Will ring gp for phone advice
