Pins and needles in face

Have been suffering this for a few days now. It's really annoying and starting to get me down. Any idea what might be causing it? Anyone else had this? It's also in my hands and arms but worse in my face and head

Usually means the nerves are pissed off for some reason, could be vitamin D deficiency, a trapped nerve, there's loads of things. It would be sensible to pop and see your GP about it.
