TMI - Is this a worm?

I went to the toilet, and noticed there was a few long string like bits in my poo. It wasn't white like threadworm, and looked flat and dark beige / flesh coloured.

EEEW! Tapeworm like this?

How would I get tapeworm?! Im not sure. Flat like that! But darker. Hopefully it was a one off, ill just forget about it!

Mucoid plaque is pretty fascinating. Apparently western diet causes us to produce more mucous in the bowel like tar, its meant to contain particles of breastmilk allegedly proving that its been there our whole lives stopping the proper absorption of nutrients etc.
If you drink clay detox drinks you can pass this stuff but apparently people do pass it naturally. I saw it on a programme once and was dying to try the clay drink to see if it came out.
