After a couple of evenings last weekend of eating big, late meals(eating out whilst away for the weekend) my IBS has been on overdrive: bloating, indigestion, nausea,endless trapped wind, cramps and of course alternating between constipation and diarrhoea.
My GP hasn't been much help in the past (mebeverine but that was only for the spasms) and I've tried everything over the counter so does anyone have any alternative/natural remedies that have worked for them? I read on here recently someone recommending peppermint tea.
I will try anything at the moment....
