Hi. I have pcos, longish cycles average 35-40 days.

Now it could be ovulation as I do sometimes get pain but this has been going on since yesterday, pain deep in right side just above thigh and its sending pain all down my thigh and into my back. Its like a throbbinh pain.

Im tempted to go to the walk in centre as its never been this bad before but it could just turn out to be ovulation. Any help please?

I would seek medical advice, with PCOS ovulation does not usually happen regularly. This may not be ovulation pain, it could be more to do with the ovary itself.

I agree, I'd go and get seen.
