Just about to purchase the Paul McKenna hypnotic gastric band book. Most reviews look positive (lots of 5 star ratings) but just thought I would ask on here if anyone had tried it and if it had worked? I'm a totally Paul McKenna novice-never had any of his books before nor tried hypnosis.
