in my breast tonight. it is about the size of a chickpea.
i feel shocked, trying to be calm.
i am lone parent which makes me scared for my child.
how will i calm down and go to sleep?

I have had a few of those (one at a time), all checked, all clear, just pointless cysts. They come and go and sometimes were gone before the referral to the breast clinic.

thank you so much DialMforMummy :)

God, sorry, you must be shell shocked. I'm sure statistically most lumps end up being benign.
I get the lone parent fear Sad
I can hold your hand?

bluebell222 · 03/04/2013 01:27

yes please thornrose :), thank you.

i had a cyst before at the back of my neck, when i was very stressed, it disappeared itself after some time.
nowadays i feel very stressed, especialy today was quite bad and at night while dressing i found it.

The chickpea bit sounds just like mine.

thornrose · 03/04/2013 01:33

There are so many stories of cysts and harmless lumps you need to believe that is what you have.
Don't even let your mind go to worst case scenario tonight. Breathe deeply and tell yourself you will be fine. Get bloody mad if you have to. You are NOT going to be ill, you CAN'T be ill....

bluebell222 · 03/04/2013 01:35

thanks so much to both of you :)
you calmed me down a lot really.
best wishes.

Off to sleep for now, please do the same, the more tired you are, the more you'll worry or maybe that's just me

thornrose · 03/04/2013 01:39

I really hope you'll sleep tonight. You should of course get yourself checked out tomorrow, but you know that.
Positive thinking darling, keep up that positive thinking.

bluebell222 · 03/04/2013 01:41

yes thornrose, i will get it checked very soon.
good night to you both :)

yes Maryz, you're right, its best not to worry about it, maybe not even think about it, only to have it checked.

OP posts:
DontSHOUTTTTTT · 03/04/2013 02:21

I back up what everyone has said, yes get it checked but it isn't worth worrying about as it is probably nothing.

Make an appointment in the morning and don't worry.
